MATTHIJS DE LIGT is considering a move to Barcelona after growing dissatisfaction with life at Juventus, according to reports.
The 21-year-old Dutch center-back had gone through two difficult seasons in Turin after his much-publicized transfer from Ajax in 2019.

Juventus shelled out £ 67.5million on the youngster, beating competition from Barca for his signing.
In the same summer, former Ajax teammate and close friend of De Ligt, Frenkie De Jong, made the move to Camp Nou.
According to Radio Catalunya, the duo have been in close contact with De Ligt for a meeting at Barca.
The report adds how interested Barcelona would be in a deal, but be warned that financial restrictions will make it difficult.
De Ligt still has three years left on his Juventus contract, so they’re in no rush to cash in.
Barcelona are also in the throes of financial turmoil, with the coronavirus pandemic causing debt to spiral down to £ 1billion.
Boss Ronald Koeman will likely have his hands tied in the market this summer and will undeniably be forced to offload players before splashing the money.
But Barca can gain confidence knowing that they have good relations with the Italian giants.

Last year the two clubs reached a deal which saw Miralem Pjanic travel to Barca with Arthur Melo heading in the opposite direction and another swap deal may not be out of place.
